Continuing the trend of great performers at their respective price points, KTT now offers a tactile switch that is smooth right out of the box, has a comfortable level of tactility and a nice distinct bottom out sound. These swithes suprised us with just how clean they sounded stock, with little to no spring and leaf ping when compared to tactile switches from other manufacturers. These Matchas sport a sharp tactile bump that is comparable to that of JWK T1s, being ever so slightly less tactile but snappier. The spring is on the lighter side, tying in perfectly with the tactility level to offer a non-fatuiging and comfortable typing experience. Overall, we think that these are a must-try for tactile fans looking for a snappy mid-ground tactile, being more tactile than light tactiles such as standard Cherry/Gateron Browns, whilst being not as jarring as some of the heavier ones like U4Ts and Purple Pandas but at the same time maintaining a distinct bottom out sound thanks to its extended stem pole (~3.5 - 3.7mm travel like most other KTTs).
