Being a newer contender in the switch manufacturing scene, Tecsee switches are quickly gaining popularity amongst enthusiasts and for good reason. They offer switches that have some of the latest materials used in the hobby (UHMWPE, POM, PME etc) and unique stems with long poles, coupled with an affordable price point. With this, they offer good value especially for those who are looking for a long-pole experience, where the bottom stem pole bottoms out first instead of the stem head, producing a distinct bottom-out sound and crisp feel.

These Tecsee Carrots are a smooth linear switch that features a long stem pole, that are ever so slightly longer than the Novelkeys Cream stem. They have a proprietary PME material housing, which gives them a very smooth feel stock and unique sound signature. The housings are also very tight, thus filming is not really necessary in our opinion but as always it ensures there are less housing wobble variance between multiple switches. Lubing them also does not really do much for smoothness, as they are slippery smooth stock but it does help in acoustics, making them sound more 'full'. For lube type we recommend 205g0 or GHV4 thick.

These swithces also do not suffer from north-facing interference, as the stem does not sit flush with the top housing when bottomed-out due to the long pole stem. They also have a slot for SMD LEDs that portrude out, and as such preserves per-key lightning if your pcb has them.
