The Owlab Neon switch is the latest switch designed by Owlab after their successful Tungsten switches. These switches are made by a relatively new manufacturer by the name of SWK (Swikeys). These are linear switches that feature Anti-Wobble Top Housings and Stems, which provide a stable keypress. The usage of a custom nylon blend for the housings and special POM blend for the stem definitely gives a decent bottom-out sound, especially with the long stem and shorter travel. Overall, they are a decent offering from a relatively new manufacturer to mix-up the existing switch market, along with the 20mm double-stage springs, these are a great mid-to-high-end option if you're looking for a linear switch.
